Becoming a member at your local MoviebanK store is simple.

You can print out this form and bring it to your local MoviebanK or you can Join Online

All we require is for you to be aged 18* and for you to bring with you:

A major credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or debit card (Switch, Visa Delta or Electron**).

and

one recent official documents. One showing your current address (e.g. a phone bill, bank statement, etc.) and one showing your signature (e.g. a Driver's Licence, Passport, etc.)

	* Age Restrictions Once membership has been set up (by somebody aged 18 or above), ADDITIONAL RENTERS can be set up on the card. Persons below the age of 18 can be set up as an ADDITIONAL RENTER, but they will only be able to rent items that have certification appropriate to their age, e.g. a 17 year old is not allowed to rent 18 certificate films or 18+ rated games. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ** Electron Cards Since Electron cards can be issued to people aged 16 and above, additional ID may be requested to demonstrate you are over 18. Also whilst American Express and Solo cards are acceptable for signature verification, they are not acceptable as a single form of identification. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Renting from other MoviebanK stores Your membership will only be valid in the store where you originally signed up. Other useful information Membership accounts will lapse if not used within a twenty four month period. After this time, it will be necessary to rejoin. Once you have completed these formalities, paid your £1 joining fee, you will be invited to top up your Membership card.
